-SB 673 by Sen. Patrick Anderson, adds the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to the definition of health care facility in the Affordable Access to Health Care Act.

-SB 828 by Sen. Bryce Marlatt, requires contracts for the acquisition of any land rights relating to sitting, construction and operation of wind power generation facilities to include provisions for decommissioning sites and remediating the land.

-SB 1332 by Sen. David Myers, authorizes the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to establish a master lease program to refinance or restructure outstanding equipment lease obligations.
