• The Senate approved the following measures on Monday:

-SB 794 by Sen. Mike Mazzei, modifies the definition of normal retirement age as it relates to public employees and elected officials in the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System.

-SB 377 by Sen. Mike Mazzei, modifies the definition of “normal retirement age” to raise the normal retirement age from 62 to 65 for teachers in the Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System.
