• The Senate met Monday, approving the following measures:

-SB 673 by Sen. Patrick Anderson, adds the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to the definition of health care facility in the Affordable Access to Health Care Act.

-SB 828 by Sen. Bryce Marlatt, requires contracts for the acquisition of any land rights relating to sitting, construction and operation of wind power generation facilities to include provisions for decommissioning sites and remediating the land.

• The Senate met Monday, approving the following measures:

-SB 1071 by Sen. Glenn Coffee, makes additions to the definition of “final average salary” as it relates to the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System.

-SB 1962 by Sen. Clark Jolley, reduces from three to one the number of copies of the municipal code that must be kept of the office of the municipal clerk for public use, inspection and examination.

-SB 1668 by Sen. David Myers, modifies the definition of “project” under the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority Act.

-SB 1326 by Sen. David Myers, recreates the Oklahoma Geologic Storage of Carbon Dioxide Task Force.

-SB 1332 by Sen. David Myers, authorizes the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to establish a master lease program to refinance or restructure outstanding equipment lease obligations.

-SB 1354 by Sen. Jerry Ellis, raises from 43 to 45 the maximum age for commissioned officers within the Oklahoma Highway Patrol division.
