-SB 794 by Sen. Mike Mazzei, modifies the definition of normal retirement age as it relates to public employees and elected officials in the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System.

-SB 377 by Sen. Mike Mazzei, modifies the definition of “normal retirement age” to raise the normal retirement age from 62 to 65 for teachers in the Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System.

-SB 541 by Sen. Anthony Sykes, creates the Oklahoma Innovation, Efficiency and Accountability Act of 2011.

-SB 637 by Sen. Charles Wyrick, directs the Oklahoma Board of Commercial Pet Breeders to adopt rules that establish a toll-free hotline for people to report cases of animal abuse and require the complainants to leave their names and phone numbers.

Clark Jolley, allows the director of the State Department of Rehabilitation Services to request through the Office of State Finance Director the early transfer by the Oklahoma Tax Commission of tax collection to the General Revenue Fund to make early allocations to the department’s disbursing fund to alleviate cash-flow problems.

-SB 973 by Sen. Clark Jolley, directs the state finance director to transfer $120 million from the Cash-flow Reserve Fund to the Special Cash Fund.

-SB 972 by Sen. Clark Jolley, modifies language related to the allocation of gross production tax revenue.

-HB 1917 by Rep. Ann Coody, modifies language adding interventions to services that schools can provide to students in relation to the Achieving Classroom Excellence Act.

-HB 1854 by Rep. Jabar Shumate, requires the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to adopt a policy for each higher education institution in the state to require equal access for statewide professional associations to students enrolled in the program.

-SB 228 by Sen. Ron Justice, states the applicator for damages to growing annual crops must file a complaint within 90 days.
