Rosino Champions Landmark Legislation to Establish Department of Child Safety and Wellbeing

OKLAHOMA CITY- The Senate Health and Human Services Committee unanimously approved critical legislation Monday by Chairman Paul Rosino to create the Oklahoma Department of Child Safety and Wellbeing.
