Retirement and Government Resources

Retirement & Government Resources Committee is tasked with handling legislative issues relating to pension systems in the state and the laws governing the functions of state agencies.  This committee covers all legislation related to the six public pensions in this state: the Teachers’ Retirement System of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System, the Uniform Retirement System for Justices and Judges, the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System, the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System, and the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System. The Retirement & Government Resources most often works with the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
