Senator Chuck Hall was elected to the Oklahoma State Senate in 2018. He represents Pawnee, Noble, Logan, Payne and Kingfisher counties.
Sen. Hall is a fourth-generation descendant of a pioneer family, settling in Perry, Oklahoma during the Cherokee Strip Land Run in 1893 and the third generation of a banking family legacy that spans over 160 years.
Prior to the start of his community banking career, Sen. Hall served as Director of Government Relations for the Oklahoma Bankers Association. He has been with the Exchange Bank full-time for 33 years and currently serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Beyond his banking duties, the Senator has served the City of Perry as City Treasurer, City Councilman and two terms as Mayor of Perry. Additionally, Sen. Hall has chaired the Perry Memorial Hospital Trust Authority, the Perry Economic Development Authority, Perry Municipal Authority and has been a long-standing board member of the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority.
Sen. Hall has served as a director of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank Branch Board and was a member of Leadership Oklahoma Class XIII. In 2013 he was elected Speaker of the House for the Oklahoma Congress of Mayors and was named 2018 Perry Citizen of the Year.
Hall and his wife, Amy, are the proud parents of three adult children. His oldest daughter, Ashley, is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and serves as a child advocate for the BIA. His middle daughter, Sydney, is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in social work. His youngest daughter, Riley, graduated from Oklahoma State University with a General Business degree and now works as a consumer lender for the Exchange Bank. He has five grandchildren, Sutton, Baker, Landry, Luca and Lillie. The family are members of the First Baptist Church Perry and attend Stillwater Bible Church.
