Statement from Sen. Brecheen on Pointe Vista lawsuit

Sen. Josh Brecheen released the following statement Thursday in response to the Commissioners of the Land Office voting to sue Oklahoma City-based private developer Pointe Vista Development LLC, which was tasked with building a hotel on Lake Texoma.

"The CLO decision to bring suit against Pointe Vista LLC is directly attributable to the countless letters and meeting attendance by constituents of Marshall and Bryan counties over the past many months,” said Brecheen, R-Coalgate. “I am pleased Oklahoma's statewide office holders, through what was a unanimous vote, are signaling their dedication to hold Pointe Vista accountable."
