OKLAHOMA CITY — Senator Todd Gollihare (R-Kellyville) has been named to The Journal Record’s 2025 “50 Most Influential Oklahomans,” acknowledging his lifetime of public service and leadership that continues to shape Oklahoma’s future.
Senator Gollihare represents Oklahoma Senate District 12 and brings to his role a background of disciplined leadership forged over 24 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he served in multiple overseas deployments and earned a reputation for mission-focused resilience. Following military retirement, he served as Chief United States Probation Officer for the Northern District of Oklahoma and contributed over a decade of service on the Kellyville Board of Education.
That career path — spanning military service, federal law enforcement, education governance, and state leadership — has shaped Senator Gollihare’s practical, accountability-driven approach to public policy. In the Senate, he is known for applying real-world operational experience to legislative challenges, with a focus on outcomes that directly impact families, local governments, and frontline institutions.
Since his election to the Oklahoma Senate in 2022, Senator Gollihare has prioritized public safety, protection of women and children, infrastructure improvements, and economic growth.
