OKLAHOMA CITY- Senator Paul Rosino, R-Oklahoma City, served as a panelist on Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) during the 2025 National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Legislative Summit, held in Boston, Massachusetts.
“It was an honor to serve on the NCSL panel and represent Oklahoma in these critical national conversations. The panel brought together a diverse range of perspectives and expertise, highlighting the important roles both federal and state governments play in crafting the policies, regulatory frameworks, and investments necessary to expand Advanced Air Mobility across the nation.”
Senate Majority Assistant Floor Leader Rosino provided valuable insights on cutting-edge advancements in AAM technologies and emphasized Oklahoma’s leadership and commitment to driving innovation in this rapidly evolving sector.

The panel was moderated by NCSL President and Utah Senate President Pro Tem Wayne Harper.
Rosino was also joined by panelists Chris Lee of the Hawaii Legislature, Katia Veraza of Vertical Aviation International, and Robin Grace of MassDOT Aeronautics.
