Rosino Inducted into TACAMO Hall of Fame

OKLAHOMA CITY- Senator Paul Rosino, R-Oklahoma City, was recently inducted into the Take Charge and Move Out (TACAMO) Hall of Fame, recognizing his more than 15 years of dedicated service supporting the United States Navy’s TACAMO mission.

Master Chief Petty Officer Rosino held numerous key TACAMO roles, overseeing maintenance of TACAMO aircraft and supporting operations at Tinker Air Force Base to provide airborne communications links to strategic forces.

His induction to the TACAMO Hall of Fame was endorsed by Commodores, Skippers, and Senior Enlisted Navy Officials, as well as Oklahoma civic leaders, the TACAMO Community Veterans Association (TCVA), and current Hall of Fame members.

“Being inducted into the TACAMO Hall of Fame is an incredible honor,” Rosino said. “Supporting the men and women who serve in this vital mission has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. I’m deeply grateful to the TACAMO community and my fellow sailors for this recognition.”

Rosino was also honored for his leadership, dedication, community service and lasting contributions to the TACAMO community and mission.

During the recognition, Rosino was recognized by fellow sailors who noted he excelled at every level of responsibility, whether as junior enlisted, leading chief, or as Maintenance Master Chief. His colleagues also pointed to his ability to balance mission requirements while simultaneously ensuring the well-being of his sailors.

Members of the TVCA recognized his efforts to instill pride, commitment and dedication throughout the maintenance department at Tinker Air Force Base, leading his sailors under the motto “failure is not an option.”

TCVA further recognized Rosino for his legislative service, representing Senate District 45 since 2017 and advancing key policies supporting veterans, law enforcement, and Oklahoma’s statewide aviation industry.
