Because much of the good news about our state is sometimes overlooked by state leaders and others, many positive developments and success stories in Oklahoma go unreported. It is our hope that "Oklahoma Pride," a weekly publication of the Oklahoma Senate, will ensure that the best stories about Oklahoma are told.

Oklahoma has two of the best MBA programs in the country, better than many Ivy League and West Coast schools. That's according to the Journal of Business, a national trade publication that ranks business education programs. In their latest survey of MBA programs, OSU ranked 8th best in the country; OU ranked 18th.
Not only are OSU and OU cranking out highly marketable Oklahoma graduates, they're also attracting students from around the country who bring their knowledge and their wealth here. The experts tell us that the only way to attract high-tech industries and boost the personal income of our state is by increasing the number of people who have advanced degrees. OU and OSU are helping us put our best foot forward into the 21st Century.
