Bingman Announces Sen. Ron Justice as Vice Chairman of Senate Appropriations Committee

State Capitol, Oklahoma City President Pro Tempore Brian Bingman, R-Sapulpa, announced on Monday that he had chosen Sen. Ron Justice, R-Chickasha, as the next Vice Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee. Justice will replace Senator Clark Jolley, who was recently named the committees Chairman.

"Senator Ron Justice is a perfect fit to serve as the next Vice Chairman of the Appropriations Committee," Bingman said. "He is an experienced, thoughtful legislator with deep respect among our Senate members."

"Past performance is the best indicator of future success. And like Chairman Jolley, Ron has a solid record of fighting for a smaller, simpler, smarter approach to funding state government. Tax-payers in urban and rural Oklahoma alike will be well served by a unified voice for common sense conservative values."

Senator Justice will begin serving as the Vice Chairman of the Appropriations Committee effective immediately.
