OKLAHOMA CITY – Sen. Darcy Jech, R-Kingfisher, held an interim study Thursday in the Finance Committee to evaluate fees, penalties and interest imposed by the Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) as well as agricultural tax exemptions and their applications. Presenters included representatives from the OTC, Carolyn Sanders (Anadarko) and Mitch McAbee (Weatherford), both certified public accountants who regularly interact with both the commission and taxpayers.
