After graduating from Bixby High School in 1997 and earning a Business degree in 2001, he took a leap into entrepreneurship by founding a construction company. Over the course of six years, he grew the business, created numerous well-paying jobs, and later sold it to pursue a full-time career in real estate.
OKLAHOMA CITY — Sen. David Bullard, R-Durant, released the following statement regarding the filing of a new state question that aims to change Oklahoma’s elections to impose open primaries.
“On November 5th, Oklahoma spoke loud and clear that we are a conservative state that is only becoming more conservative. So, why then would Oklahoma suddenly move to a liberal, open primary system, which seeks only to disenfranchise Republicans? This proposed state question is a sure pathway to turn our state blue and a ‘solution’ in search of a problem.
