OKLAHOMA CITY – Sen. Chuck Hall, R-Perry, was sworn in for a second term in the Oklahoma Senate on Wednesday in a ceremony presided over by Lt. Gov. Matt Pinnell, with the oath of office administered by Oklahoma Supreme Court Chief Justice Richard Darby.  Members of Hall’s family, along with friends and supporters from District 20, attended the ceremony.
