About the Senator

Senator Todd Gollihare grew up in Stratford, Oklahoma where he graduated from Stratford Public Schools. He went on to attend East Central University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Upon completion of college, he joined the United States Marines.

Lieutenant Colonel Gollihare began his career as a United States Marine Corps Officer in May 1986 and retired after twenty-four years of service in November 2011.

While serving in the Marines, he attended The University of Tulsa College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate.

Senator Tom Woods grew up in Westville, Oklahoma, and was elected to the Oklahoma Senate in 2022. He proudly represents the citizens of Senate District 4, which includes Adair County and parts of Delaware, Sequoyah and Cherokee Counties.

Woods was raised on a dairy farm and graduated from Westville Public Schools. His grandparents are both retired educators, and his father worked in a factory while his mother stayed at home to work on the farm and raise his six brothers and sisters.

Sen. Seifried ("Sy-fred") was first elected to the Oklahoma Senate in 2022. Born and raised in Claremore, she is a proud ninth-generation Oklahoman. She graduated high school from Claremore Christian School, and then graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rogers State University with a degree in political science.
