OKLAHOMA CITY – State Sen. Mark Mann issued the following statement praising the commitment and leadership of Oklahoma City Public Schools (OKCPS) Board of Education Chair Paula Lewis. Mann, D-Oklahoma City, served with Lewis for seven years before being elected to the Senate. Lewis announced her resignation this week after purchasing a home outside of the OKCPS boundaries, which meant she is no longer eligible to serve.

Lerblance was in the Oklahoma Senate from 2003 to 2012. He served as Assistant Majority Floor Leader, chaired the Energy Committee, was a member of the Education, Judiciary, and Appropriations committees, as well as the Appropriations Subcommittee for Public Safety.
