• The Senate approved a number of budget measures and the following substantive legislation on Monday:

-HB 1170 by Rep. Kenneth Miller, creates the Office of Information Services, and requires administration by a Chief Information Director.

-HB 1131 by Rep. Kenneth Miller, adds premium auditors and safety consultants in the CompSource Unclassified Registry.

-HB 2245 by Rep. Randy Terrill, creates the Oklahoma Criminal Illegal Alien Rapid Repartriation Act of 2009.

-HB 2250 by Rep. Randy Terrill, adds fee assessment for convictions of certain crimes, and authorizes motor vehicle purchasing for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control.

-HB 1755 by Rep. Scott Martin, allows the Governor to designate a state agency as an enterprise agency.

-HB 1780 by Rep. Tad Jones, modifies provisions dealing with abandoned and unclaimed property and modifies the State Treasurer’s authority to approve certain agreements and charge certain fees.
