-SB 470 by Sen. Earl Garrison, requires that members of county excise boards in all counties receive as compensation an amount established by the board of county commissioners for the county in which they serve.

-SB 630 by Sen. Clark Jolley, requires any bid submissions made by a state agency or any political subdivision that substitute an item with one that is alike in quality and design or which meets the required specifications of the bid be considered and not be prohibited.

-SB 738 by Sen. John Sparks, amends language relating to public finance.

-SB 659 by Sen. Ron Justice, modifies language relating to motor vehicle registration.

-SB 629 by Sen. Frank Simpson, exempts any facility operated by the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs under control of the Oklahoma War Veterans Commission from the Nursing Facilities Quality of Care Fee.

-SJR 4 by Sen. Patrick Anderson, declares the Woodring Wall of Honor and Veterans Park located in Enid as the State of Oklahoma’s official Vietnam War Memorial.

-SB 645 by Sen. Mike Schulz, adds an aircraft purchased exclusively for the purpose of training relating to rotary-wing aircraft as exempt from excise tax levy.

John Sparks, exempts from the excise tax any vehicle on which ownership is transferred by a repossessor directly back to the owner or owners from who the vehicle was repossessed, provided ownership be assigned by the repossessor within 30 days of the repossession title and it be identical to that reflected in the vehicle title record immediately prior to the repossession.

-SB 844 by Sen. Greg Treat, authorizes the Tax Commission to design and issue a Crossing Christian School license plate.

-SB 925 by Sen. Bryce Marlatt, establishes a definition for power sports vehicle.

-SB 976 by Sen. Dan Newberry, modifies language related to the Oklahoma Quality Events Incentive Act.

-SJR 16 by Sen. John Sparks, allows a disable veteran to claim a homestead exemption for the full amount of a manufactured home owned and occupied by the disabled veteran as his or her principal residence.

-SB 33 by Sen. Ron Justice, eliminates the prohibition on the burning of any hazardous waste having a heating value of less than 5,000 BTU.

-SB 413 by Sen. Mike Schulz, removes outdated language related to public water supply systems.

-SB 489 by Sen. Frank Simpson, modifies language regarding records maintained by the Department of Environmental Quality.

-SB 969 by Sen. Cliff Branan, creates the Pipeline Safety Task force.

-SB 316 by Sen. John Ford, provides for teacher performance pay based upon evaluation scores.

-SB 226 by Sen. John Ford, allows students who fail to achieve the requirements necessary for a high school diploma to re-enroll in the school district that denied the student a diploma for remediation or intervention and the opportunity to retake the test until at least a proficient score is attained on the test or tests necessary to obtain a standard diploma.

-SB 436 by Sen. Gary Stanislawski, authorizes the board of education of any school district which is contiguous to any other school district located in an adjacent state to enter into contracts with the board of education of the school district located in the adjacent state for the purpose of providing shared administrative services.

-SB 486 by Sen. Frank Simpson, creates the 9/11 G.I. Bill.

-SB 228 by Sen. Frank Simpson, creates the Quality Workforce for Oklahoma’s Heroes Act.

-SB 237 by Sen. Frank Simpson, states that facilities operated by the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs will be exempt from the Nursing Facilities Quality of Care Fee.

-SB 527 by Sen. Brian Crain, authorizes the Advisory Committee on Medical Care for Public Assistance Recipients to establish and monitor a pilot program for training caregivers providing assistance to Oklahoma National Guard members suffering from PTSD.

-SB 578 by Sen. Brian Crain, creates the Oklahoma Department of Health Civil Monetary Penalty Revolving Fund.

-SB 640 by Sen. Brian Crain, amends language in the Oklahoma Medicaid Program Reform Act of 2003.

-HB 2232 by Rep. Joe Dorman, requires each state individual income tax return to contain a provision to allow a donation to the Oklahoma Attorney General for the purpose of defending constitutional challenges to the Oklahoma statutes.

-HB 2005 by Rep. Skye McNiel, extends the income tax credit for investments in qualified clean burning motor vehicle property.

-HB 1416 by Rep. Elise Hall, amends language related to the Oklahoma Quality Jobs Program Act.

-HB 1596 by Rep. Steve Vaughn, modifies the definition of resident for the purpose of any license.

-HB 1244 by Rep. Steve Martin, creates a one-day fishing license.

-HB 1060 by Rep. Sally Kern, establishes that any court, arbitration, tribunal, or administrative agency ruling or decision violates the public policy of Oklahoma and is void and unenforceable if based in whole or in part on foreign law.

-HB 1328 by Rep. Scott Biggs, modifies language relating to sex offenders.

-SB 301 by Sen. Rob Standridge, creates the State Council for Interstate Juvenile Supervision.

-SB 369 by Sen. Tom Ivester, adds powers of attorney and advance health directives to the list of relevant documents that shall accompany any person required to undergo a mental health evaluation to the place where the mental health evaluation is to be conducted.


-SB 372 by Sen. Susan Paddack, removes the requirement that a copy of Form 990 be filed by a charitable organization for the most recently completed fiscal year.

-SB 619 by Sen. Corey Brooks, requires the Oklahoma Tax Commission to cancel the license of any cigarette or tobacco dealer who has been determined by any court to have violated the provisions of the Unfair Cigarette and Tobacco Product Sales Act.

-SB 633 by Sen. Corey Brooks, adds the requirement that an individual applying for a low-point beer permit verify on their application that they have not been convicted of violating the laws related to the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act.

-SB 988 by Sen. Anthony Sykes, removes “retained attorney” from the list of attorneys required to complete at least six hours of education and training annually in courses relating to juvenile law.

-SB 1030 by Sen. Anthony Sykes, requires the victims impact panel to be a live, in-person presentation.

-SB 1080 by Sen. Rob Johnson, requires post-judgment interest be calculated at the contractual rate.

-SB 256 by Sen. Brian Bingman, requires all public schools to conduct eight safety drills.

-SB 91 by Sen. Eddie Fields, requires a school district board of education member to obtain instruction on education issues in accordance with rules promulgated by the State Board of Education.

-SB 170 by Sen. John Ford, allows a teacher who is certified to teach at the secondary level to teach fifth grade for the subject area in which the teacher has received certification or endorsement.

-SB 199 by Sen. Corey Brooks, prohibits school district boards of education and administrators from inquiring, taking into consideration, or making a condition of employment whether or not the interviewee has children or where they plan to enroll said children.

-SB 207 by Sen. John Ford, allows teachers who receive superior or highly effective ratings to be evaluated once every two years instead of twice per year.

-SB 208 by Sen. A.J. Griffin, gives the board of education of each school district in the state the option to require students to complete intervention and prevention programs as provided by Youth Services Agencies in the state as part of an anti-bullying discipline plan.

-SB 244 by Sen. Clark Jolley, provides that any person who has been employed as a full-time teacher by a school district in Oklahoma who applies for employment as a full-time teacher in another school district in this state may not be required to have a national criminal history record check if the teacher produces a copy of a national criminal history record check completed within the previous five years and a letter from the school district in which the teacher was employed stating the teacher left in good standing.

-SB 251 by Sen. Earl Garrison, allows the Oklahoma School for the Blind and the Oklahoma School for the Deaf to be considered local education agencies solely for the purposes of purchasing, administering and obtaining test results.

-SB 431 by Sen. Ron Sharp, establishes a task force to study discipline procedures in public schools.
