-HB 1303 by Rep. Chuck Hoskin, allows any person under eighteen who passed a reading proficiency exam for driver licensing completed in another state to submit the test to the State Department of Education for verification and approval.
-HB 1335 by Rep. James Lockhart, provides for refunds to teachers for examinations if a company that provides exams fails to provide results prior to charging for the next exam.
-HB 1422 by Rep. Tommy Hardin, allows students who have been harassed, intimidated or bullied to request an emergency transfer to a new school.
-HB 2101 by Rep. William Fourkiller, modifies language relating to the self-administration of asthma medication.
-HB 1038 by Rep. Dennis Casey, amends the curriculum requirements for high school graduation.
