-SB 1730 by Sen. A.J. Griffin, amends language relating to a Horseman’s Bookkeeper.

-SB 1744 by Sen. A.J. Griffin, amends language and designates penalties for violations of campaign finance law.

• Senate committees approved a number of measures Monday, including the following.

-SB 1293 by Sen. A.J. Griffin, transfers certain licensing standards from Board of Juvenile Affairs to Office of Juvenile Affairs.

-SB 1821 by Sen. A.J. Griffin, modifies language relating to the Prescription Monitoring Program.

-SB 1900 by Sen. A.J. Griffin, allows law enforcement officials to investigate if a child is allegedly abused while in the custody of the Department of Juvenile Affairs.

-SB 1838 by Sen. Frank Simpson, creates the Task Force on the Effect of Alzheimer's Disease in Oklahoma.

-SB 1206 by Sen. Kyle Loveless, modifies language relating to private food vendors in the State Capitol.

-SB 1812 by Sen. Bryce Marlatt, clarifies language relating to certification of county road mileage.

-SB 1310 by Sen. Eddie Fields, creates the Curricular Standards Task Force.

-SB 1764 by Sen. Josh Brecheen, directs a school district to notify the State Board of Education upon dismissal or resignation of a teacher on certain grounds.

-HB 2527 by Rep. Kay Floyd, creates the Domestic Violence Legal Aid Revolving Fund.

-HB 2477 by Rep. Justin Wood, outlines circumstances when the carrying of knives may be permitted.

-HB 2455 by Rep. Mike Turner, modifies language relating to water contracts.

-SB 1159 by Sen. Patrick Anderson, creates the Bill of Rights Monument Display Act.

-SB 1077 by Sen. Brian Crain, requires that in order for an attorney to claim an attorney’s lien on real property, the attorney shall file a Notice of Attorney’s Lien in the office of the county clerk of the county where the real estate is situated.

-SB 1243 by Sen. Rob Standridge, amends language pertaining to nursing homes and registration requirements.

-SB 1510 by Sen. Rob Standridge, limits the reimbursement amount from the Oklahoma Lifeline Fund.

-SB 1542 by Sen. Brian Crain, states that provisions of the Sex Offenders Registration Act will apply to any person if the offense involved human trafficking for commercial sex.

-SB 1654 by Sen. John Ford, prohibits the State Board of Education from developing and or administering any criterion-referenced test for grades three through eight in any subject not required by federal law.

-SB 1777 by Sen. Frank Simpson, exempts from the ban on smoking in state buildings and on state property state veterans centers which will be designated nonsmoking on Jan. 1, 2015.

-SB 1978 by Sen. Sean Burrage, provides that all income tax credits enacted after the effective date of the bill will expire four years after the enactment unless reauthorized by the Legislature.

-SB 1754 by Sen. Patrick Anderson, modifies language related to insurers licensed in Oklahoma who write commercial insurance.

-SB 1809 by Sen. Ron Sharp, amends language relating to the Oklahoma Certified Real Estate Appraisers Act.

-SB 212 by Sen. Rick Brinkley, modifies language relating to the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System.

-SB 1195 by Sen. Charles Wyrick, provides that any anemometer tower that is 50-feet in height or higher above the ground, located outside the boundary of a municipality, and whose appearance is not otherwise mandated by state or federal law be marked to be recognizable in clear air during the day.

-SB 1295 by Sen. Ron Justice, permits school districts to determine the extent of student involvement in intruder drills.

-SB 1421 by Sen. Kyle Loveless, prohibits a person required to register under the Oklahoma Sex Offenders Registration Act from petitioning for a change of name.

-SB 1433 by Sen. Dan Newberry, adds human trafficking to the list of crimes for which a person convicted is required to serve 85 percent of their sentence.

-HB 2670 by Rep. David Derby, prohibits a healthcare facility from employing or contracting for services of a central service technician unless the person holds and maintains a certified registered central service technician credential.

-HB 2555 by Rep. Mike Reynolds, modifies the late filing fee for state or county office.

-HJR 1077 by Rep. Terry O’Donnell, proposes a vote of the people to consider an amendment that provides the Legislature may only consider measures for the appropriation of revenue for the forthcoming two fiscal years to fund the expenses of the executive, legislative, and judicial departments and other such appropriations as may be authorized by the Oklahoma Constitution during each odd-numbered year.
