-SB 1724 by Sen. Dan Newberry, updates language relating to the State Architectural and Registered Interiors Designers Act.

-SB 1431 by Sen. Dan Newberry, adds human trafficking for sexual exploitation to the list of crimes which fall under the Sex Offender Registration Act.

-SB 1433 by Sen. Dan Newberry, makes human trafficking a crime for which 85 percent of a sentence must be served.

-SB 1604 by Sen. Mark Allen, creates the Oklahoma Veterans Traumatic Brain Injury Treatment and Recovery Act.

• Senate committees took no action on bills Tuesday.

• The House approved several bills Tuesday, including the following.

-HB 2505 by Rep. Randy McDaniel, modifies language relating to unemployment law.

-HB 2914 by Rep. David Brumbaugh, requires a certain time period for temporary employees to be considered unemployed.

Wednesday, April 30

-SB 1239 by Sen. Frank Simpson, modifies language relating to the War Veterans Revolving Fund.

-SB 1257 by Sen. Frank Simpson, authorizes the use of disabled veterans license plates by qualifying surviving spouses.

-SB 1791 by Sen. A.J. Griffin, prohibits the Department of Human Services from accessing certain confidential records.
