Sen. Crain comments on Workers Comp ruling

State Sen. Brian Crain, R-Tulsa, issued the following statement after the State Supreme Court ruled Monday on the challenge of the workers compensation reform bill approved during the 2013 legislative session.

“I am glad the Supreme Court upheld the workers compensation reform legislation passed during the previous legislative session. As a co-author of the measure and as a practicing attorney, I fully support the actions that have been taken to better provide for the welfare of the injured worker while at the same time freeing Oklahoma’s employers from needless and burdensome regulation.”
