Kyle David Loveless was born in Oklahoma
City, Oklahoma in 1974. His parents are Gary L. and Denise M. Loveless.
Kyle was raised in South Oklahoma CIty and lived the majority of
his life in Senate District 45. He attended Eastern Avenue Christian
Academy in Moore, Kingsgate Elementary in South Oklahoma City, and
Christian Heritage Academy through his junior year of high school.
He graduated from Westmoore High School in 1992.
Kyle grew up in the family businesses,
working alongside his parents and his grandparents as their companies
grew from a corner shoe repair to an international manufacturing
firm meeting the needs of our country's military and veterans.
Currently, Loveless Orthopedic Appliance
and Loveless Custom Footwear house a modern, state of the art facility
with over 33,000 square feet in Oklahoma City. Kyle is currently
the business manager, having done everything from sweeping the floors
to negotiating international trade deals.
While attending the University of
Oklahoma, Kyle accepted an internship in Washington, D.C. working
for Congressman Ernest Istook. At the end of the internship, Kyle
accepted a job and worked his way up from staff assistant to legislative
assistant advising the Congressman on legislative matters concerning
Oklahomans every day: agriculture, energy, natural resources and
many other projects across Oklahoma.
Kyle was involved in several pieces
of legislation affecting many areas of the country, especially Oklahoma.
Through Kyle's efforts, Congressman Istook was able to secure the
necessary resources to help the revitalization and restoration of
the North Canadian (now Oklahoma) River. These monies provided Oklahoma
City with the resources necessary to complete the final pieces of
the MAPS projects.
While working for Congressman Istook
during the day, Kyle attended night classes completing his bachelor's
degree in American Studies at Georgetown University in 2000.
Kyle began dating Summer Deonne Sullins,
of Moore, in the summer of 1994. They met and later married at Crossroads
Cathedral January 1, 1999. Summer joined Kyle in Washington, D.C.
working for then-Congressman, Dr. Tom Coburn. Kyle and Summer returned
home to South Oklahoma City in the summer of 2000.
Kyle immediately became civically-involved,
ultimately returning to work for Congressman Ernest Istook, successfully
managing the re-election of Oklahoma City's most conservative congressman
through two consecutive election cycles.
In the summer of 2005, Kyle opened
Phoenix Consulting, a corporate and political consulting firm in
South Oklahoma City. Congressman Ernest Istook was his first client.
Since that time, Phoenix has represented small businesses, chambers
of commerce, and large Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his
own company, Kyle is still a vital part of the family business.
In December of 2008, Kyle and Summer
were overjoyed to welcome their first daughter, Isabella Josephine
Loveless, who is now five years old going on thirteen. Kyle and
Summer also welcomed Elleanor Kennedy Loveless January 10th of this

degree from UCO, and has opened a construction materials brokerage
firm, Loveless Textiles.
